In this course, students will engage with a range of emerging concepts and technologies as it relates to the future direction of safety engineering technology and the health and safety profession. Students will research, develop, and present a presentation and paper on selected topics/trends that are relevant and forward-looking in the field. In addition, students will have the opportunity to research and critique current journal articles.
