Student campus residence regulations and occupancy are currently under review.
Residence space is limited and therefore the college cannot guarantee a room to everyone who applies. All applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis only after a student has been confirmed in a program at the college.

Students must pay a minimum of two weeks residence fees in advance, or upon arrival in residence. Students intending to move out of residence must give 30 days' notice or pay a penalty of $100.00.
Students are responsible for providing their own bed linens and laundry service.
Meal plans are mandatory.
These fees are to be paid annually and are non-refundable.

Our student residence at Bay St. George is the top two floors of the D.S.B. Fowlow Building. We have 66 single rooms and 5 double rooms. There is a gym on the 6th floor and a TV/Games Room with a ping pong table on the 5th floor. Each floor has a mini kitchenette.
Bedrooms
All our bedrooms have been refurbished in the past three years. Each room has a single bed, two armoires and a desk.
Bedrooms for Mobility-Impaired Students
There are rooms and washrooms in Residence that are equipped to meet the needs of mobility-impaired students. These rooms are located on the 5th floor and are available to both male and female students. Students interested in these accommodations should specify such on their application form and are encouraged to visit the College to determine if the accommodations are suitable to their needs. The Residence is also equipped with stair chairs if needed for evacuation.
Bedding
Students are responsible for providing their own bed linens, towels, and laundry supplies.
Common areas are shared spaces amongst all students living on-campus. Here you will have the opportunity to meet other students and make new friends.
Study Room
The study room is located on the 5th floor.
TV / Ping Pong Table Room
There is a ping pong table located on the 5th floor along with a TV/Games Room.
Exercise Room
There is an exercise room located on the 6th floor.
Kitchens
There are smaller kitchenettes located on each floor of the building. However, for the residence floors, there are two full kitchens on the 6th floor and one on the 5th floor. Each kitchen has a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, irons and ironing boards.
Cafeteria / Dining Hall
The cafeteria is located on the main floor. It has both a dart board and a pool table that can be used both during the day and after hours.
Cobham's Dining Area
There is also a second dining area next to the cafeteria.
Laundry Room
The laundry room is in the basement and has 4 washers and 4 dryers. There is no charge to use the laundry facility for students in residence.
Quiet Floors
Although it is not possible to describe exactly the degree of “quietness” expected from residents on each floor, examples of unacceptable behavior include the following:
- The use of stereo equipment
- TVs and radios at a volume that can be heard outside the room
- Room doors being left open while there is a noise being made in the room
- Congregating in common areas
- Any noise that interrupts other students studying

Food Services
The Baker Lee Dining Room (our main dining room) is located in the D.S.B. Fowlow Building. We also offer a café at the L.A. Bown building and the C.H.E.T.T. building.
Custodial Services
During regular working hours and after hours, there are custodians on site that clean washrooms, hallways, and other common areas. Students are responsible for cleaning the residence kitchens. As well, students are responsible for making their own beds and for the general care and appearance of the room. Students are also responsible for removing their room garbage and placing garbage containers in the stairwell.
Parking
Parking is available in the campus parking lot adjacent to the residence building. Please advise Residence Security if any vehicle changes.
Mail Service
Mail is delivered to the mailroom of the College. Each student in residence will have an assigned mailbox. Students must inform their correspondents of their change of address prior to leaving the residence. The mailing address for students is:
