At College of the North Atlantic, we look forward to the success of all of our students!
We currently have two initiatives in place to aid you in your journey to the top of the ladder.
The Co-operative Education Program combines academic study with alternating work terms. The employment is a practical application directed towards the students’ academic course of study. The Co-operative education student is paid for their work experience, which is supervised by both the employer and the Co-operative education institution (CAFCE)
The Job Connect Program is a mentorship program for youth (ages 15-30) that will reimburse an employer 50% of the salary paid to a post-secondary graduate who they hire and mentor for full-time employment in high-demand occupations.
