Course Overview:

This is an introductory culinary course designed for participants with a general interest in cooking. The course provides the basic fundamental knowledge of essential kitchen skills, including food safety, knife safety, and overall kitchen safety. Participants will engage in practical, hands-on learning focused on preparing basic meals and practicing foundational knife-cutting techniques. This course is intended for individuals with minimal knowledge of food prep and cooking. (3 Hours)
