NC3270   French Conversation Beginner 1

Course Overview:

In this course, participants will have the opportunity to gain French language speaking and listening skills in a conversational setting. The necessary French grammar will be incorporated into the speaking and listening components throughout the course. In pairs and small groups, participants will engage in small discussions about a variety of topics. Participants will also learn how to enunciate well enough to be understood by speakers of French, use appropriate stress,
rhythm and intonation to convey meaning, and produce utterances which are accurate as well as fluent, with regards to the topics covered, while using situationally appropriate language in order to communicate. (20 Hours)
