Winter Carnival 2002

February 7, 2002 – Students at College of the North Atlantic in St. John’s are taking advantage of the abundance of snow falling in the province’s Capital City.

Students from the Civil Engineering programs pulled on their caps and mitts during the college’s Winter Carnival Week and built some excellent snow sculptures.

The college’s Harold Baker captured these images with his camera.
