Words from your Host

Hi everyone! Welcome to the College of the North Atlantic, Corner Brook Campus!

My name is Ashley Christopher, and I am the Student Development Officer (SDO) for the Corner Brook campus. My role as SDO is to help provide students with services that support overall learning and development but of a non-academic nature.

While your academics are extremely important, there’s so much more to College life than class-time and that’s what I’m here for. I am your go-to person for all the fun things that happen.

Not only am I here for the fun stuff, I am also the main point of contact for a lot of students who simply need direction or advice on who to go to. If you have a question or problem that you don’t know how to solve, you can certainly ask me, and I will either help you myself or point you in the direction of someone who can. Essentially, I’m responsible for ensuring that you have the proper information, support, and outlets to enhance your overall college experience and to succeed to the best of your ability.

At CNA we pride ourselves on providing quality education as well as being able to support you in any way that we can.

I’m looking forward to meeting and working with all of you. I’m here for you and I can’t wait to watch you all succeed!
