What is Outbound Student Mobility?
Outbound Student Mobility is a pilot program at the College of the North Atlantic (CNA) funded by the Government of Canada through Employment and Social Development Canada (ESBC) and Global Affairs Canada (GAC). This program offers international educational opportunities to CNA students to study or work abroad that are recognized as contributing towards academic or work-integrated learning components of the students’ program of study.
This program is open to all domestic students but will support and focus on mitigating barriers faced by underrepresented groups including indigenous, persons with disabilities, and students of low income.

Application Process
CNA domestic students who are interested in participating in Outbound Student Mobility Program may signal their interest by completing the following Study Abroad Student Application.
In addition, CNA employees who would like to propose and lead an Outbound Student Mobility study experience may signal their interest by completing the following Employee Expression of Interest – Project Application.
All applications may be submitted to outbound@cna.nl.ca
Funding
All CNA domestic students accepted for outbound student mobility are eligible to receive funding up to $10,000 from the Government of Canada through Employment and Social Development Canada (ESBC) and Global Affairs Canada (GAC) which should cover most costs needed to participate.
