Student campus residence regulations and occupancy are currently under review.
Residence space is limited and therefore the college cannot guarantee a room to everyone who applies. All applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis only after a student has been confirmed in a program at the college.

Students must pay a minimum of two weeks residence fees in advance, or upon arrival in residence. Students intending to move out of residence must give 30 days' notice or pay a penalty of $100.00.
Students are responsible for providing their own bed linens and laundry service.
Meal plans are mandatory.
These fees are to be paid annually and are non-refundable.

We offer two residences located just east of the college's main entrance.
Grand River Hall Residence
Our two-Story Grand River Hall residence hall opened in 1973, has room for 50 students, and it is just east of the college’s main entrance. It is for College of the North Atlantic students ages 18 and older who want to live in a community focused on student living.

Family Residence
Our two-Story Family residence hall opened in 1973, is located within the same building as our college's daycare facility. Has 7 apartments for rent, and it is just east of the college’s main entrance. It is for College of the North Atlantic Families who want to live in a community focused on student living.

Quiet Hours
These are hours where the residents in the community are expected to keep the volume in their apartment relatively low so that those around them can sleep, study, etc, without being disturbed. The Quiet Hours in both of our residence are:
- Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm - 7:30pm
- Friday-Saturday 12:00am – 7:30am
