Culture and Conversation

These are two incredibly important words contained in a three-part strategy at CNA. Each carries a tremendous amount of responsibility when it comes to ensuring the people who work and study in our facilities throughout Newfoundland and Labrador feel like they can freely be who they are. In a world that’s packed with uncertainty, CNA wants to create a positive direction when it comes to the many and varied groups represented within our organization. One way we can create an inclusive and positive environment on all of our campuses is through shared cultures and conversations.
