Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager of Creative Content, the Marketing Specialist will:
- Provide marketing support and strategic advice to help strengthen the College's marketing initiatives.
- Conduct research to identify marketing opportunities, industry trends, and best practices provincially and nationally.
- Support the planning, development, and implementation of marketing programs and projects under the Manager's direction and help promote the College's programs, services, partnerships, and strategic priorities to enhance its visibility.
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and collaborate with internal teams to create and distribute promotional materials across print, digital, and social media platforms.
- Review marketing materials and proposals and provide feedback to ensure they align with the College's brand, messaging, and marketing objectives.
- Assist in developing and maintaining profiles of external stakeholders and target audiences to better understand markets, community partners, industry contacts, and prospective students.
- Work with the Creative Content team to identify marketing opportunities for College programs, services, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate new initiatives and opportunities.
- Other duties as required may be assigned.
Screening Criteria
- Diploma in Business Management/Administration, with a focus in Marketing (equivalencies will be considered).
- Relevant experience in a similar marketing role.
Assessment Criteria
- Knowledge of marketing trends, strategies, and analytics.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management software.

- Ability to prioritize workload while meeting established deadlines.
