Salary Information
CG26 - $45,554.60 - $50,414.00 per annum.
Duties and Responsibilities
- The Clerk Typist III provides essential clerical and administrative support to the College of the North Atlantic's Gander Campus. This front-line role is responsible for a wide range of duties that ensure efficient campus operations and excellent service delivery.
- Serve as the first point of contact for students, staff, and the public by providing front desk coverage and support.
- Perform cashiering duties and respond to telephone and in-person inquiries.
- Process and issue student transcripts and assist with registration and graduation activities.
- Complete general administrative tasks including data entry, photocopying, faxing, and filing.
- Deliver consistent support to both internal and external stakeholders of the College.
- Other related duties as required.
Screening Criteria
- Diploma in Office Administration (equivalencies will be considered).
- Experience in administration, general administrative/clerical support.
- Knowledge of Peoplesoft (asset).
Assessment Criteria
- Knowledge of general administrative administrative/clerical functions including records management.
- Cash handling skills.
- Advance computer skills.
