Salary Information
CG26 - $44,662.80 - $49,431.20 per annum
Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to campus administration and the School of Health Sciences.
- Managing extensive and complex documentation for accreditation submissions for various programs under the School of Health Sciences.
- Providing administrative support to various academic activities such as program reviews, industry focus groups, accreditation site visits, etc.
- Recording minutes at program advisory committee meetings and providing support to stakeholder events that support program viability/currency.
- Overseeing itinerary/agenda for the Dean of Health Sciences as well as visiting accreditation teams.
- Coordinating meetings/teleconferences, booking resources, and answering telephone inquiries.
- Drafting various documents using Microsoft Word and completing Requests for Employment and purchase requisitions using PeopleSoft.
- Processing and submitting student documentation.
- Developing and maintaining an effective office records management system, overseeing inventory of supplies and mail distribution.
- Other related clerical duties as required.
Screening Criteria
- Diploma in Office Administration (equivalencies will be considered).
- Experience in administration, general administrative/clerical support.
- Knowledge of Peoplesoft (asset).
