Who We Are

To me, working at CNA means flexibility, growth, and community. Since I began my career at CNA in 2019, I have had the opportunity to do meaningful work within an environment that is not only supportive but has encouraged me to grow both personally and professionally. I really enjoy getting involved in the college community through important initiatives like Champions for Change, and the Lean Centre of Excellence which allow me to help make a positive impact in my workplace while getting to know my colleagues from all over the province. I also appreciate the option for flexible work arrangements such as working from home, which has allowed me to improve my work-life balance. Overall, I would recommend CNA as a place to work for anyone who is looking for a fulfilling career!
