This award recognizes the impact that an alumni has made to their community through volunteer work. This can be completed by a nominator. All applications submitted by a nominator must be approved by the nominee prior to final submission. Once approved, further instructions will be emailed to you. Provide two letters of references - one professional reference and one volunteer. The nominator can provide one of these reference letters. (max. one page per letter)

Application, letters of reference and relevant media sources must be received by the CNA Alumni Office no later than May 17, 2025

Note: The CNA Alumni Acclaim Awards Selection Committee will independently review and rank each application according to the award criteria and scoring rubrics. The Selection Committee will make the recommendations and reach final approval by a majority vote. All applications will be confidential.
