The second year students of CNA's Office Administration Program, as well as Bay St. George campus faculty and administration, celebrated International Children’s Day on Nov. 20 by participating in Operation Christmas Child.

Operation Christmas Child is an effort sponsored by Samaritan’s Purse, an organization created by Franklin Graham which sees thousands of children in Third World countries receive shoeboxes filled with toiletries, candy, games, clothes and, inarguably, love. Students also included a personal note in three languages and a photo so the children can see who sent love across the miles.

Funds for the cost of shipping the boxes were raised by the campus recycling drive.
