Salary Information

CG26 - $44,662.80 - $49,431.20 per annum.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • The Clerk Typist III is responsible for providing clerical support to College of the North Atlantic’s Ridge Road Campus.
  • This is a front-line position.
  • Providing cashiering duties, answering telephone inquiries, providing front desk coverage and services to both internal and external contacts of the College, providing student transcripts.
  • Assisting with student registration and graduation.
  • Data entry, photocopying, faxing, and other related clerical duties.

Screening Criteria

  • Diploma in Office Administration (equivalencies will be considered).
  • Experience in administration, general administrative/clerical support.
  • Knowledge of Peoplesoft (asset).

  • Knowledge of general administrative administrative/clerical functions including records management.
  • Cash handling skills.
  • Advance computer skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and respond to multiple changing priorities.

  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
