Jeannette spent her earlier career (2000-2007) working as an office Manager for Bucyrus Canada - world renowned manufacturer of large mining shovels, drills and draglines and other large mining equipment) at the Albian Sands Energy oil field. After 7 Years there she moved back to her hometown and joined College of the North Atlantic in 2010 after graduating from the Business Management Accounting Program at CNA. After working with the College’s Contract Training division, she worked as an Organizational Budget Analyst for the last 4 years before joining the Office of Applied Research as the Departmental Program Coordinator in 2022 for the Hyperspectral Imaging Applications project.
In this role, Jeannette coordinates the project and acts as an integral member of the research team. She is responsible for maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets and expenditures and coordinates logistics, available resources and creates project schedules.
