Chris has been actively engaged as a Geologist, Operations Manager, and Project Manager in the Mineral Exploration and Mining industries in Atlantic Canada for over 10 years. Prior to his current role with CNA, Chris worked with the Mines Branch of the Newfoundland and Labrador Department of Natural Resources working on both the Mineral Exploration Inspection and Continuous Improvement Teams. He has experience in project management, public and private procurement, technical writing, contract development, grants management and mineral development.
Chris holds a Joint Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Earth Science and Geography from Memorial University, completed his Master’s Certificate in Project Management through York University’s Schulich School of Business and Memorial University’s Gardnier Centre, and has a Project Management Professional (PMP) Designation from Project Management Institute.
