Gander students awarded scholarships

College of the North Atlantic students Trevor Stacey (left) from Grand Bank, and Stephen Blundell from Carbonear have each been awarded the Centenary of Responsible Government Scholarship. Valued at $1000, this scholarship is awarded by the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador to students who are continuing their studies beyond the secondary school level. It is based on highest academic achievement in a given program. Stephen and Trevor are currently enrolled in the Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Technology program at the Gander campus.
