Students from Bay St. George win provincial awards

April 14, 2003 – Chad Vokey and Ryan Alexander, both residents of Stephenville and students of the Computer Science program at Bay St. George campus, have been awarded a scholarship for $1,000 each.

The $1,000 Atlantic Accord Career Development Award is made available to students enrolled in diploma programs related to the exploration, development, or production of oil or gas.

Students qualify by attending full-time and achieving not less than a 75% weighted average in their program of study.
