Reconnect with CNA to win a dream vacation like Chante Goodyear of Grand Falls-Windsor did when she won the trip to New York in the 2016-17 Alumni Reconnect contest.

ST. JOHN’S, NL – What dream vacation would you take if you had $10,000?

If you are a recent alumni, or among the 10s of thousands of College of the North Atlantic (CNA) graduates who are using their skills and expertise around the globe, you could have a chance to find out!

As part of CNA’s annual Alumni Reconnect campaign, graduates (see contest rule and regulations for any exceptions) are invited to sign up and enter for a chance to win a $10,000 dream vacation.

The contest, made possible thanks to the sponsorship by TD Insurance, is back and this year’s lucky winner can choose to travel anywhere in the world. Imagine skiing in the Swiss Alps; backpacking the outback of Australia; seeing your favourite sports teams in action; strolling the sands of your bucket list of beaches; or, even making a return trip to Newfoundland and Labrador (NL) to reminisce of their time in the province and at CNA – the possibilities are endless.

“The contest is an amazing opportunity for all our graduates to win a dream trip, connect with old friends, classmates, instructors and discover the benefits of a lifelong link with the college,” said Anna Peddle, CNA’s Manager of the Alumni and Advancement Office. “The alumni office is proud to offer many services and benefits, as well as opportunities to network, engage in professional development, mentor existing students and enhance their own career opportunities. So it benefits our alumni to sign up and stay in touch for a lifetime!”

Entering the contest, or updating existing contact information, provides numerous benefits to CNA alumni. The college’s alumni office has access to excellent rates on home and auto insurance from TD Insurance, not to mention resources for reunion planning, discounts via Perkopolis, career supports, job findings, mentorship services, and much more.

Previous winners of the Alumni Reconnect travel contest include:
  • Sarah Johnstone of Mount Pearl, a 2013 graduate of the Business Management (Human Resource Management) program, was the 2018 winner who will go to Costa Rica; and,
  • Chante Goodyear of Grand Falls-Windsor, a graduate of the Comprehensive Arts and Science Transfer program, was the grand prize winner of a trip to New York in 2016-17.
